What this site does and does not do with your information. The short version: the calculators do not collect anything.
What you type into a calculator
Nothing. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your salary, your weight, your dates, your measurements — none of it is sent to a server, logged, or stored anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone. We could not see it if we wanted to.
What the server records
Like virtually every website, the server keeps standard access logs: the page requested, the time, your browser type and your IP address. These are kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, and are not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The software it runs on may set a cookie to keep the site fast, and sets login cookies only for the site owner. You do not need to accept anything to use a calculator.
Third parties
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google and Google therefore sees your IP address. Nothing else on the page is loaded from a third party.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data held about you — to see it, correct it, or have it deleted. Since this site does not collect personal data through its calculators, there is generally nothing to request, but if you believe we hold something about you, get in touch.

Changes
If this site ever adds analytics, advertising or a contact form, this page will be updated before that happens, and the date below will change.
Last updated 24 October 2026.
Written in plain English rather than by a solicitor, and accurate as at the date above. It must be revised if analytics, advertising or any form that collects details is added to the site.
